jibd Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jibd" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to jibd.io and the legal entity operating the jibd online betting and casino platform.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jibd platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on jibd.io.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any amount of funds placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling activity available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Payment Method" refers to any financial instrument accepted by jibd for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms and Conditions as updated from time to time.
• "Services" refers to all betting, casino, gaming, and ancillary services made available through jibd.io.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and jibd. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit , or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

2.2 If you access the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that third party to these Terms. jibd does not recognise third-party account management and each Account must be operated solely by its registered holder.

2.3 These Terms are available in English at all times at jibd.io/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 jibd reserves the right to require a Player to actively re-confirm acceptance of revised Terms before continued access is granted, particularly where amendments materially affect Player rights or obligations.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.1 To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• Be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of jibd or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the jibd platform or any other platform operated by jibd's affiliates.

3.2 jibd reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or upon reasonable suspicion that a Player may not satisfy the eligibility criteria. Acceptable identity documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any other recognised national authority.

3.3 Where jibd reasonably believes that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the originating Payment Method after deduction of any amounts wagered. Winnings accrued during a period of ineligible use are void and will not be paid out.

3.4 jibd operates a strict anti-underage-gambling policy and cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigation into underage access.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the jibd platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

4.2 When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use a false name, a name other than your own legal name, or any fictitious identity. jibd reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration at any time.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your Account is your responsibility. You must notify jibd immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 jibd may decline to open an Account, or may close an existing Account, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any undisputed balance held at the time of closure to the Player's verified Payment Method.

4.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that all contact information associated with their Account — including email address and phone number — remains accurate and up to date. jibd communicates important account notices via the contact details on record.

5 Account Security

5.1 jibd employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. However, no digital transmission is entirely without risk. You acknowledge that you access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices and network connections.

5.2 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all jibd Accounts and is strongly recommended. Players who enable 2FA accept that jibd will require a valid authentication code in addition to standard login credentials on any new device or session flagged as unusual by our security systems.

5.3 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jibd support staff will never ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from jibd and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

5.4 jibd reserves the right to implement additional security checks — including but not limited to session verification, login location review, and device fingerprinting — at any time and without prior notice to the Player, where such checks are considered necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the security of Player Accounts.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 All deposits must be made using a Payment Method registered in the Player's own name. jibd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit originating from a Payment Method that does not match the Player's verified identity may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by Payment Method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. jibd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

6.3 jibd targets a deposit processing time of under 30 seconds for bKash and Nagad, and under 60 seconds for Rocket and Upay under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be affected by third-party payment network delays outside jibd's control. jibd accepts no liability for delays caused by the Player's mobile financial service provider.

6.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. jibd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.

6.5 jibd will not process withdrawals to Payment Methods not registered in the Player's verified name, to third-party mobile financial accounts, or to any account that jibd has reasonable grounds to suspect is involved in fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illicit activity.

6.6 jibd does not charge fees for standard deposits. Any charges levied by the Player's mobile financial service provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 jibd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and should be read carefully before opting in.

7.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jibd promotions:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets designated as eligible in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games or markets will not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per Payment Method account number.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.
• jibd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering is in progress.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, placing opposing bets to reduce risk, or using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.

7.3 jibd reserves the right to amend the terms of any ongoing promotion if a technical error, printing error, or other inadvertent mistake has resulted in terms being published that do not reflect jibd's intention. In such cases, jibd will endeavour to honour the spirit of the promotion to the extent reasonably practicable.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 All sports bets placed on the jibd platform are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

8.2 A bet is accepted and binding only when a confirmation message is displayed on screen and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's Account Balance. No bet is valid until this confirmation is received. jibd accepts no responsibility for bets that fail to register due to network interruptions, device failures, or browser errors on the Player's side.

8.3 jibd reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where:

• The odds or market information were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or data feed error.
• The Player had access to information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed (insider information).
• The event was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that jibd reasonably considers to have compromised the integrity of the result.
• The bet was placed in a manner that jibd considers to constitute or facilitate advantage play, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

8.4 In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at jibd's discretion. Bets placed during a suspended market will be void. jibd will not be held liable for any losses arising from market suspension, delay, or withdrawal during live events.

8.5 Maximum payout limits apply to sports betting markets. The applicable maximum payout for each market is displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout will be reduced to the stated limit at settlement.

9 Casino and Game Rules

9.1 All casino games available on the jibd platform are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the respective studio, which are accessible within the game interface.

9.2 All games on the jibd platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, physical dealing equipment operated in certified studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently audited and are not modified by jibd.

9.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino game session, jibd's server records constitute the authoritative record of the game state. Where a game outcome can be determined from server records, it will be settled accordingly. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to the Player's Account.

9.4 jibd reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any game from the platform at any time without prior notice, including during an active session, in the event of a technical fault, a game provider instruction, or a regulatory requirement. Any affected wagers will be returned in full.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the jibd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent any game, betting market, promotion, or security system on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including but not limited to commercial resale of odds, systematic data harvesting, or operating a betting syndicate.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jibd staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Attempting to access any part of the Platform that you are not authorised to access, including administrative systems, APIs, or other Players' Accounts.

10.2 jibd employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any detection of suspicious activity will trigger an immediate investigation, during which access to the Account may be restricted and pending withdrawals may be held. jibd reserves the right to share evidence of prohibited conduct with relevant authorities.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 jibd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. jibd provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that notify them when a session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss for the current session.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the jibd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of jibd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.

12.3 Game content is owned by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to jibd for display on the Platform. Players may not reproduce, redistribute, or make derivative works from any game content.

12.4 The jibd name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are the exclusive property of jibd. Unauthorised use of any jibd trademark is strictly prohibited.

13 Privacy and Data

13.1 jibd collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jibd.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 jibd collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable verification and anti-money-laundering obligations. This includes identity documents, payment records, and transaction history. jibd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 jibd may share Player data with third-party game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud-prevention partners to the extent necessary to provide the Services. All third-party recipients of Player data are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

13.4 Players may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Certain data may be retained beyond a Player's Account closure date to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements.

14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jibd shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

14.2 jibd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jibd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Platform or its content.

14.3 jibd's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jibd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

15 Amendments and Termination

15.1 jibd reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the amendment notice.

15.2 jibd may suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, or at jibd's sole commercial discretion. Where an Account is terminated without cause, any undisputed balance will be returned to the Player's verified Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe.

15.3 A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified Payment Method after any applicable pending withdrawal processing periods have elapsed and all active wagering has been settled.

15.4 Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect following any Account closure or termination.

16.3 These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
